Regardless of whether I’m giving a relaxation massage or a more therapeutic focused massage, I emphasize a non-judgmental, safe environment for all of my clients. I enjoy sharing the knowledge of the body that I have learned in my training. 

I don't do painful massage. While I can work deeply, I do my best to stay within your unique pain tolerance, especially when dealing with areas that are already hurting. Even though some massage therapists do a lot of painful digging in these areas, I prefer to use other techniques like: myofacial release, trigger point therapy, and muscle energy techniques.
