I believe that massage therapy is much more than just a luxury or a frivolous spa treatment. I combine therapeutic techniques with an overall relaxation focus that I find is effective in bringing about both stress and pain relief in a wide variety of conditions. I graduated from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon in 2017. I have worked in chiropractic offices, and spa settings. I have experience with a wide range of clients and conditions. 

After an auto accident, I spent more than 2 years chasing pain relief. I got a massage as a gift and had such amazing results, I went back. Within a few weeks I realized I was pain free! I watched so many people on heavy pain medications, and I wanted to help others get the same kind of relief. It led me down the path to becoming a LMT.
